Dance is an important part of my life. As a teenager living with Down syndrome, training every week with Madeline Stuart Dance Company (MSDC) helps me improve my fitness and confidence. As someone who was born with a congenital heart defect, keeping active and healthy is especially important.

Thanks to the inclusive dance program in my community, I have been given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete as part Team Australia in the 2026 ICU World Cheerleading Championships in Orlando, Florida.
