I am passionate about my volleyball and am grateful to have been selected in the Victorian Volleyball squad to compete in the indoor national championships in Perth in September 2026. My parents have been very supportive of me and have taken me to my trainings every week, which is not easy as it is a 7.5 - 8 hour round trip every Sunday. All the expenses incurred for me to attend training, plus the Athlete travel fee of $3,600 is a big sacrifice for my parents, especially as I have 3 other siblings as well. I would really appreciate any help, just to make things slightly easier for them. I also think it's important for young kids to try sports and have the opportunities to excel, regardless of the Athlete's financial situation. Sport has been good for me - it keeps my mind busy and my body healthy.
