My name is Libby and I'm a distance runner from Brisbane, and I’m incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to represent Australia for the 5000m at the World U20 Athletics Championships in Eugene this August.

Athletics has been a huge part of my life for many years and I’m deeply passionate about the sport. I train and compete because I genuinely love the challenge of improving, pushing myself and seeing where hard work can take me.

I'm incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to represent Australia and I’m very humbled by the support I’ve received from my family, coaches, teammates and community along the way.

Competing internationally also comes with significant costs including travel, accommodation, uniforms and preparation expenses. Any support through this fundraiser will help me continue pursuing this opportunity and proudly represent Australia on the world stage.
