Hi, I’m Lily, inline and ice hockey have been a big part of my life since forever, my passion for these sports started when I first put on skates at 18 months old, and the love grew from there.

Over the course of my life both inline and ice hockey has grown more and more significant. The skill, the teamwork and the challenges that comes with playing have been my favourite parts, as well as the friendships and experiences it has brought me.

I have been representing Victoria in inline hockey since I was 10 and this year I have been selected again for the U15s and Junior women’s teams to play in Queensland at the National Championships in Logan.

As inline and ice hockey are niche sports there is not a lot of funding for them and players cover the costs of getting to weekly trainings for 4 months (some of them over 2.5 hours away), uniforms, tournament fees, and the travel to the Championships.
