I am an U18 basketball player from regional North Queensland and I have worked hard to get to where I am through dedication, a love of the game, and the support of some amazing people around me. I have had the privilege of representing both Queensland and Australia at elite level during my junior career.

I have recently been selected once again to represent Queensland in the U18 State Team at the Foot Locker National Championships in Brisbane this April. This is my final junior Nationals campaign, and it means everything to me.

Growing up in regional North Queensland, I’ve developed my game far from the big city programs and academies many of my competitors have had access to. Every opportunity to compete at this level has required extra travel, commitment and sacrifice, and this campaign is no different.

The Foot Locker National Championships bring together the best U18 players from across Australia and are an important part of the basketball pathway, giving athletes the chance to compete against the strongest competition in the country and continue pursuing future opportunities in the sport.

To attend Nationals with the Queensland North State Team there are significant costs involved including team levies, travel, accommodation, uniforms and tournament expenses. I’m raising funds to help cover these costs so I can take my place on the national stage and proudly compete for my state one final time as a junior.
