    ABOUT Lucinda Reidy

    Hi, I’m Lucy Reidy,

I am a Year 12 student at Kinross Wolaroi School in Orange. Over my four seasons of rowing at Kinross, I have developed a deep passion and commitment to the sport.

In 2026, I had the privilege of serving as Captain of Boats and rowing in the 6 seat of the Kinross Wolaroi Schoolgirl 1st VIII, which won both the NSW State Championships and the Australian National Championships.

I have recently been selected to represent Australia at the International Rowing Challenge in the USA in July 2026. This is an opportunity I am incredibly grateful for and one that I certainly do not take for granted. Over the coming months, I will continue working hard to prepare for the tour before departing for the United States on 1 July.

The tour is expected to cost approximately $7,500, covering flights, accommodation, uniforms, travel, and team expenses. To help contribute towards these costs, I am currently working weekends while balancing my training commitments and HSC studies.

I am seeking support from the community to help make this opportunity possible. Every donation, no matter the size, will directly support my opportunity to travel to the USA and represent Australia with pride.

Thank you sincerely for your support.’
