Help Luke Matthews Reach the 2032 Olympics

Hi, my name is Luke Matthews, and I'm a 17-year-old volleyball athlete from Brisbane, QLD, working toward my dream of representing Australia on the international stage and at the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games.

I began playing volleyball in 2022 at school and quickly progressed through club, state, and national pathways. Since then, I've won multiple gold medals at club, school, and state level, captained Queensland teams at Junior National Championships, and competed in Division 1 and Premier-level volleyball.

In 2025, I represented Queensland at the U18 Junior National Championships, winning gold, toured Thailand with the Australian U18 National Development Program competing against local elite club teams, and placed 3rd at the Australian Schools Cup.

I was recently selected by Volleyball Australia for the "Volleyroos for 2032" Olympic Pathway Program, Australia's top development pathway for elite indoor volleyball athletes. This invitation includes training at the Australian Institute of Sport and is a rare opportunity for athletes aiming for the Olympics.

Unfortunately, the program is entirely self-funded, covering travel, accommodation, training, and competition costs. I'm seeking support to continue on this pathway and chase my Olympic dream.
