Madison has been selected by the Shockwave Rugby Academy to play in the Tropical 7s competition in Tampa Florida (April 2026)

Maddie is a young athlete whose dedication, skill, and love for sport has made her a standout amongst her peers. 3 years ago, Madison took up rugby union and has displayed a natural athletic ability, coupled with a relentless work ethic, that has set her apart on the field.

Her rugby journey began in U 13s North Ward girls team, where her talent quickly became evident. She consistently demonstrates agility, precision, and game intelligence that makes her a formidable opponent. Madison has proudly represented several rep teams across multiple sports.

Representative sport in for schoolgirls & clubland, Madison has been selected in several teams.

Rugby Union - National 7s Schoolgirls Lloydies Development team (2025), NQ U14 girl team (2023 & 2024), U16 Townsville Brolgas XV team (2025), U14 Qld Country Team (2024), U15 Townsville Brolgas 7s team (2024 & 2025), Ella 7s (2025).

Touch Football - Townsville Saints Touch team (2024 & 2025), NQ Cyclones (2024 & 2025 -withdrew due to injury)

Oztag - Qld U14 team (2024), Townsville Blackhawks (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2026) Qld Super Series (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)

Rugby union is where Madison’s true passion shines. Her love for the game is evident in every training session and match she plays. Known for her speed, tactical awareness, and unyielding determination, Madison dreams of one day representing Australia on the world stage. Her ultimate goal is to earn a spot in the Australian 7s team and compete at the 2032 Olympics 🇦🇺💚💛💚
