Hockey has been a significant part of my life for many years. I am deeply committed to the growth of the sport within our region and actively contribute to my club through volunteer work, player support, and development initiatives. I pride myself on representing my club and community with integrity, professionalism, and dedication both on and off the field.

Pathway to Higher Representation

To be eligible to compete at the Masters National Championships, the following costs apply:

• Gladstone Hockey Association nomination fee: $50
• Championship fees (2025): $780
• Travel and accommodation: self-funded

At club level, annual playing costs include:

• Registration: $210
• Playing fees: $450–$490
• Total club cost: approximately $700 per season or around $50 per game

As a self-employed individual, attending national championships means time away from work with no income, in addition to the out-of-pocket expenses listed above. While I am committed to covering my own equipment and personal training costs, financial support for playing fees, travel, and accommodation would make national representation achievable.

I am seeking donations to assist with:

• Championship playing fees
• Travel expenses
• Accommodation costs

CRICKET - I have only resently started playing the sport, however I have been involved as a volunteer since 2017 with my children all playing the sport and in 2026 I have decided to invest in coaching, most of the costs as a coach are covered by CQ, however having to chose between two of my favourite sports to enjoy for mental and physical health is a tough call when finances are restricted.

Most importantly, you will be supporting a dedicated regional athlete striving to compete at a national level while continuing to give back to grassroots sport in Gladstone.
