My name is Matilda, and I am a proud Taekwondo athlete competing at state, national and international pathway events. I train with dedication, discipline and heart — pushing myself every day to grow stronger, faster and smarter on the mats. In 2025, I achieved a major milestone by becoming both a State and National Champion, and this is only the beginning of where I hope this journey will lead.

I have now been given the opportunity to compete at Oceania Selections, as well as continue representing at state and national level events throughout the year. These competitions are essential stepping stones toward my long-term dream of progressing onto international stages and one day wearing the green and gold for Australia.

High-performance sport, however, comes with self-funded costs including training, specialised coaching, competition entry fees, travel, accommodation, protective equipment and sports development. To continue advancing and seizing these opportunities, I am seeking support to help cover expenses and make this pathway possible.
