Since 2021 Meridian Blue has worked to create opportunities for young women (16 to 23 years old) to develop in the sport of cycling. Our focus has been to lower the barriers to progression, by bridging the gap between junior racing and the elite sport.

Our program allows riders to develop at their pace, by focusing on the whole-of-person development. We don't define success by the latest race results, but rather by the progress that has been made.

The team is entirely funded by cycling enthusiasts, and our riders work hard to pay back the investment put into our program.

So, what have we done with the money between 2022 and 2025?

• Helped produce three World Championship riders.
• Supported 3 National Champions.
• Sent 12 riders to race in Europe.
• Produced 2 Zwift Academy finalists (and 1 winner!);
• Won three Junior National Road Series; and
• Compete in the new ProVelo League with an exciting race team.

Your support will help us bring a great team to race ProVelo Super League, support a team camp, manage a campaign at Australian National Championships and race in the Tour of Thailan. To support a team of 9 riders it will cost well over $140k per year. We value the support of all of our sponsors and donors, large and small and hope that the entertainment we provide (on SBS, on socials and live at the races) gives you as much a sense of achievement as it does for our team and management.
