My name is Mitch Ryan. I’m reaching out to share some exciting news—I’ve been selected to represent Australia in the Men’s 35 Masters Team to compete at the 2026 Masters Hockey World Cup, in Europe (July–August 2026). This is a huge personal achievement and something I am extremely proud of.

I’ve grown up playing hockey in Gladstone, Queensland with my whole family heavily involved in the local hockey community. For the past three years, I’ve also had the privilege of serving as President of Meteors Hockey Club, supporting the growth and development of our sport locally. Hockey has always been a big part of my life, and representing Australia feels like the culmination of many years of dedication—both on and off the field.

As this opportunity is entirely self-funded, I’m seeking support from local businesses and the community. Any contribution toward travel and competition costs—big or small—would make a meaningful difference in helping me represent Gladstone and Australia on the world stage.
