Facility Development & Upgrades

Significant recent investments have transformed the club’s facilities:

  • In early 2024, the club received $500,000 in funding from the Office for Recreation and Sport to build new changerooms and a canteen
  • In mid‑2024, a broader $1.24 million upgrade was announced—supported by state grants, council funding, and community fundraising—to include changerooms, new lighting, a netball court expansion, a recreation area, and playground
  • These enhancements are designed to support growing participation and inclusivity, especially for women and girls, and act as a legacy for future generations

Community Role

Beyond sport, the club serves as a social and cultural hub, hosting gatherings and connecting families across the region. Events like school‑led activities and regional recognition (e.g., Ag Town of the Year lunches) often take place at the club facilities
