For many years, I’ve been passionate about trail running. I’ve stood on many podiums and loved the challenges the trails brought. But after turning 40, a series of injuries made me rethink my training — and that’s when I discovered hybrid sports, the perfect mix of strength and endurance, and it started a new chapter in my life.

Though I'm relatively new to this, I've achieved great results: 2026 Hyrox APAC AG Champion, DEKA Mile Elite World Record Holder, 2nd – DEKA Fit Elite 2026, multiple Hyrox and Spartan podium finishes.

Early mornings, late nights, countless hours of sweat and careful prioritisation have all been part of this journey.

Now I’ve earned a place at the 2026 Hyrox World Championships, where I’ll represent Australia and stand among the strongest and fittest athletes in the world.
