    ABOUT Nathan Maxwell

    Dear Friends and Supporters,

My name is Nathan, and I am thrilled to share that I have been given the incredible honor of representing the Australian Swimming Team at the prestigious 2025 Virtus World Swimming Championships! This extraordinary event will take place in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand, from August 20 to 30.

Participating in this championship comes with a substantial financial commitment of $6,000. This funding will cover crucial expenses such as airfare, competition uniforms, meals, and accommodation etc, throughout the duration of the event.

As a dedicated full-time medical student at UniSC on the Sunshine Coast Queensland, with aspirations of becoming a sports doctor, I am juggling the demanding challenges of university life alongside a part-time job. As you can imagine, securing the funds to enable my participation in this remarkable championship is particularly daunting.

I am proud to share that I currently hold seven Australian records, as well as multiple Queensland records in swimming. My goal for the championships in Bangkok is to not only compete, but also to push my limits and set new World Records that will make my family, supporters and our country proud.

I would be deeply grateful for any support you can offer, whether through donations via the Australian Sports Foundation or by sharing my journey with others who might be able to assist. Your generosity will not only help me realise this dream, but also allow me to represent our wonderful country on a global platform.

Thank you for considering my request, and for your unwavering support.

    Warmest regards,

    Nathan.

Please consider donating to help me achieve this goal. All donations are tax deductible.
