As the countdown to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games begins, it is critical we propel the New Zealand Team and our nation to new heights at what will be like our ‘Home Games’. The Brisbane 2032 Partnership is a landmark campaign, led by the New Zealand Olympic Committee Australia Ltd, for New Zealanders in Australia to stand beside the New Zealand Team as they prepare for Brisbane 2032.

The Olympic Games are more than competition – they are a global stage where perseverance, excellence and national pride come to life, where the New Zealand Team captures the world’s attention and forges our identify. For our New Zealand Team, these values are our spirit of Manaaki – lifting each other up, striving for excellence, inspiring pride and uniting our nation – at a time we need it the most.

The Brisbane 2032 Partnership will provide the critical funds over the coming years to support the New Zealand Olympic Team’s journey to Brisbane. These funds will directly support Australia-based costs for athletes' preparation, performance, and wellbeing, from pre-Games training camps to travel, logistics, and Games-time operations and delivery.

Make a difference

Despite the deep pride, passion and national identity the New Zealand Team ignites, the New Zealand Government, via Sport New Zealand, only contributes 12-15% to the New Zealand Olympic Committee’s (NZOC) annual income. Unlike many nations with fully and mega funded Olympic programmes, the NZOC rely on commercial sponsorship and now, more than ever, the vision and commitment of our Donor Family to fund the needs of our New Zealand Team. This critical funding helps ensure our athletes have the resources, preparation and support they need to compete at their best when it counts the most.

With the New Zealand Olympic Committee’s priority mandate to select and lead Teams to Games – the expertise and expense is in logistics leadership, cutting-edge performance and recovery technologies, world-class coaching, athlete well-being, team cohesion and celebration.

Donor Family support directly funds these needs to help convert potential to podiums.

The Brisbane 2032 Partnership is more than fundraising. It’s a movement - a dedicated Olympic Family for New Zealanders living in Australia. Bringing people together to share special occasions, while getting close to and supporting the New Zealand Team and our country, in a meaningful way.

But this campaign goes beyond medals. It’s about igniting a legacy of excellence, inspiration, and national pride that resonates far beyond the field of play.

We need to help level the playing field so our New Zealand Team athletes can compete on the world’s biggest stage, against the world’s best and continue to shine. Your support will be a game-changer investing in talent, helping to fund the many years needed to prepare for Olympic Games – training, travel, logistics and performance programmes. You’ll help athletes compete at Games time on the Australian’s home soil with the critical competition environment – high performance facilities, logistics infrastructure, team resources and New Zealand House.

Brisbane 2032 Foundation Chapter Membership. Limited to twenty Foundation Chapter Members, AUD$25,000 per annum 2025 – 2032.

·         Selecting, organising and leading the New Zealand Team to Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games

·         Games time performance resources for the New Zealand Team

·         Pre-Games high performance programmes, training camps and qualification events

·         Showcasing the New Zealand Team culture of Manaaki – respect, integrity, pride, excellence and leadership leading to, and including New Zealand House at Games time
