Our mission is to foster rugby league through out the community enabling players from Under 6 to Seniors to partake in a safe team driven space. As a not for profit organisation fundraising enables both male and female players to be given assistance with registrations - playing kits - social activities that include after training get togethers - BBQ nights. the after training BBQ's feed all junior players - their families and extended families - creating a warm and social gathering.

Educational programs are beneficial to allow the volunteers to train as coaches - sports trainers - website management to allow the club to run smoothly on training and games days.

Our main focus for each season is to ensure all community members are aware of the hospitality - support particulary for low socially economic areas with in the suburban area of Darwin and outer suburbs.

Social media plays a big part in our drive to encourage members to join Nightcliff Dragons with anything up to 1.5 million hits per year.

Advertising through school newsletters has been a long standing option

However word of mouth and the desire of most to be part of our respectful culture and well organised club is at the forefront of our success- with a multicultural list of players and members with long family ties.
