Our Story – NSW Fijian Rugby Juniors 🇫🇯🏉

Established in 2023, NSW Fijian Rugby Juniors began from humble beginnings — a small group of families united by a shared vision to strengthen rugby union within the Fijian community.

Our goal is to build a structured and sustainable development program that provides opportunities for young players to learn, grow, and succeed both on and off the field. We’re creating pathways that focus on player welfare, discipline, and education, while preserving the strong cultural values that make our community unique.

Funds raised will help us deliver professional coaching clinics, establish qualified coaching and training staff, and support upskilling for dedicated volunteers, trainers, referees, and physiotherapists. These programs ensure our athletes are supported by the right people and resources to reach their full potential.

This is about more than rugby — it’s about creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where every child has the chance to belong, learn, and thrive through the game we all love.
