Project

Under the role of Regional Coordinators for Indonesia, Palms and Salt exist to support Australian surfers traveling to Indonesia by encouraging healthy, respectful, and culturally aware practices. Working in alignment with Christian Surfers, Lance and Rachel are passionate about equipping and supporting Australian surfers through meaningful connections and practical initiatives.

This includes partnering with established surf organisations to help develop young Australian surfers, as well as offering extra support through coaching in surfing and water safety, surf first aid, and community-focused development programs.

Palms and Salt aims to create welcoming opportunities for surfers of all ages and backgrounds, while valuing and engaging local communities. Through building healthy surfing communities, the organisation encourages responsible, informed surf lifestyles and supports the growth of surf skills, wellbeing, and deeper cultural understanding.

Donations

Funding will be used to develop strategic projects that encourage positive connections between the surfing communities of Australia and Indonesia.
