We are incredibly proud to share that the Penrith & Districts Basketball Association U14 Girls’ and Boys’ Junior Premier League teams have both qualified for the 2026 Under 14 Australian Club Championships in Willetton, Western Australia!

This is an incredible achievement for our 20 young athletes, their coaching staff, families and the wider Penrith Basketball community.

The Championships bring together the best 48 club teams from across Australia, giving our players the opportunity to represent Penrith and compete against the best young basketball talent in the country.

Our players and their families have worked incredibly hard to reach this point. Until now, families have largely self-funded the costs associated with representative basketball. Travelling two teams across Australia to compete at a week-long national championship comes with significant expenses, including flights, accommodation, transport, meals and other essential team costs.

Now, we’re asking our community to help us get there.

Every donation, big or small, will help reduce the financial burden on our families and support our 20 young athletes as they represent Penrith on the national stage.
