ABOUT Peter Saleh
Peter’s Football Journey
Peter Saleh is a dedicated 14-year-old footballer currently competing in the NPL pathway with Granville FC. His long-term goal is to continue developing through senior NPL football, pursue opportunities in the A-League, and ultimately work towards the dream of playing professional football and representing Australia.
Peter’s journey has been built on commitment, discipline and a genuine love for the game. He has developed through the SDSFA representative pathway and has now adapted successfully into attacking roles as a Right Winger and Striker. In his current season, he has contributed goals, assists and chance creation while continuing to grow technically, tactically and physically.
Standing 178 cm tall at 14 years and 3 months, Peter has recorded a top speed of 32 km/h and a kicking speed of 82.4 km/h through Playermaker performance data. While these physical qualities are important, what stands out most is his attitude towards development. Peter treats training seriously, respects his coaches and teammates, and applies himself with intensity and purpose.
His weekly schedule reflects the commitment required to pursue football at a high level. Peter trains with Granville FC, participates in the Port Hacking High School football academy program, completes one-on-one football and athletics sessions, and spends significant time most days working independently on ball mastery, first touch, tight dribbling and technical repetition at home.
This fundraiser has been created to help Peter continue accessing the development opportunities needed to support his football pathway. Funds raised will assist with club registration fees, specialist coaching, strength and conditioning, travel, boots and equipment, GPS and video analysis, representative programs, interstate tournaments and future trial opportunities.
We are asking for support to help Peter continue accessing high-performance coaching, competitions and development opportunities without financial pressure limiting his progress.
Every contribution, no matter the size, directly supports Peter’s football development and helps provide the environment, training and opportunities needed for him to keep improving.
Thank you for supporting Peter’s journey and for believing in young Australian athletes who are committed to working hard, learning and chasing their goals.
