Several members of Point Lookout Boardriders Club have been selected to compete as part of the Met East Team at the State Championships on the Gold Coast from 5–9 August.

This is a fantastic achievement and recognition of the hard work, dedication, and commitment these young surfers have shown throughout the season. Being selected to compete at this level provides an incredible opportunity to challenge themselves against some of Queensland’s best surfers and gain valuable competition experience.

We are raising funds to help cover competition entry fees and accommodation costs for our club members attending the championships. These expenses can add up quickly, and any support from our community will help make the trip more accessible for the participants and their families.

No donation is too small, and every contribution will go directly towards helping our surfers take part in this exciting opportunity.
