Port Macquarie Squash
Port Macquarie lost its squash courts two years ago. We're building them back — one court at a time. Phase 1 starts now.

ABOUT Port Macquarie Squash
Port Macquarie has zero squash courts. The nearest one is over an hour away. For a city of 55,000 people with a proven history of squash participation, that's not a gap — it's a failure.
We're fixing it.
Port Macquarie Squash Incorporated is building a new squash centre from scratch. No existing facility to renovate. No council handout to wait for. We're doing this ourselves — community-funded, community-built, and designed to last.
Here's the plan:
We're rolling this out in four phases. Phase 1 gets a single court open in 2026 — a temporary venue to prove the revenue model and bring competition back. Phase 2 doubles capacity to two courts and 200+ members in 2027. Phase 3 delivers a permanent, multi-court facility by 2029. Phase 4 takes it to a full regional precinct capable of hosting state and national-level events.
Here's where the money goes:
Your donation funds court construction, structural fit-out, playing equipment, and facility setup. We're not spending it on consultants, feasibility studies, or bureaucratic overhead — we've already done that work. Every dollar goes into the build.
Here's why it matters:
Squash is the most efficient workout in sport — 30 minutes burns more calories than almost any other activity. It's affordable, it's fast, and it's one of the few sports where a 12-year-old can play a 60-year-old and both get a proper game. Australia once had over a million players. We're starting the comeback right here.
All donations are tax-deductible through the Australian Sports Foundation. Back the project. Get it built.
