Our vision is simple: to provide talented young footballers with the coaching, environment, and opportunities they need to reach their potential, whatever their football journey may be.

Through Port Melbourne Youth, we are investing in:

• High-performance player development from MiniRoos through to U18’s
• Elite coaching, mentoring, and football education
• Technical, tactical, physical, and cognitive development programs
• Clear pathways into senior football, supporting both our boys' and girls' programs and creating opportunities into senior men's and future women's football
• Relationships and partnerships that create opportunities beyond our club, including higher-level football pathways
