The Preston Reservoir Little Athletics Development Fund has been established to support PRLAC in delivering Little Athletics programs to our members. The income generated from this Development Fund will be fully invested back into our programs and centre to support the development of our athletes and ensure they are provided with the best opportunity to perform to their full potential.

The Development Fund seeks to provide the following: 

• Purchase and maintenance of quality up to date equipment to support the delivery of athletics programs including On Track, training and competition.
• Support inclusion programs strengthening our ability to deliver a ‘Multi Class’ offering.
• Investment in specialised coaches and coaching clinics and course programs to strengthen athlete and coach development.
• Keep registration fees affordable for all families.
• Supporting facility development and upgrades.

As a small volunteer-run centre, we seek to provide fun, safe and inclusive Little Athletics programs for the local community to be involved. Our programs provide local kids the opportunity to participate in physical activity, to stay active, build confidence and strive for personal bests. In 2025/25, we grew to 121 athletes registered between the ages of 5-16 with membership projected to continue to rise in coming seasons.
