Since opening our doors in 2014, The Queensland Wrestling Alliance (QWA) has grown into a passionate, supportive, and uplifting local community that brings people together through entertainment, dedication, and a shared love of health, fitness, and professional wrestling.

For over a decade, we have been committed to delivering exciting, family-friendly wrestling events to the Townsville region while also training aspiring wrestlers, managers, referees, and performers to develop their skills in a safe and professional environment. For many of our members, QWA is more than just a place to train it is a second home, a creative outlet, and a pathway to confidence, resilience, fitness, and personal growth.

Through our Athlete Development Program, we are dedicated to supporting the ongoing growth and progression of local talent. This program provides structured training, mentorship, skill development, fitness support, and opportunities for performers to refine their abilities both inside and outside the ring.

Our goal is to create pathways for athletes to grow, build confidence, and perform at a professional standard while fostering teamwork, discipline, and a strong sense of community.
