    In honour of Alfie Young's 20 years as Director of Queenwood Rowing, we hope to raise $100,000 to purchase a new racing eight shell. This boat will serve the Queenwood rowing team for years to come and pay tribute to the substantial impact Alfie has had on the Queenwood Rowing program and its athletes over the past two decades.
