I have been playing basketball since I was 7. It's a game my family has been able to play together and I've made frineds along the way. Basketball is rewarding.

    I like playing basketball with the Special Olympics family. I have so many friends that laugh and have fun when we are on and off of the court. The training coaches are fantastic and get me to improve my skills by doing new movements on the court.


    Being asked to play at the National Games made me so happy that my hard wotk at training has been worthwhile. My family and friends are proud of me too.


    The National Games will let me show everyone what I can do on the court and I hope to make everyone proud.
