My name is River Mallam, and I am a dedicated and passionate trampolinist proudly representing Australia. Since beginning trampolining as a fun after school activity, it has since grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined, trampolining has taken me across the world competing at both national and international levels where i’ve had the privilege of competing against some of the best athletes in the world, building not only my athletic skills but also forming meaningful connections and experiences with athletes from around the world.

Since 2021, I have competed nationally, and in 2025 I made my international debut. Throughout this journey, I have achieved significant success. In 2025, I secured 1st place in the Junior 17-21 Double Mini Trampoline and 1st place in the Junior 17-21 Synchronised Trampoline events at a national level. Later that year, I competed at the National Clubs competition, earning 3rd place in the Senior Double Mini Trampoline and 5th place in the Senior Individual Trampoline events.

These results led to my selection for my first international competition, the FIG World Age Gymnastics Championships in Pamplona, Spain, in November 2025. There, I competed across Double Mini Trampoline, Individual Trampoline, and Synchronised Trampoline, achieving an outstanding 3rd place in the Men’s Junior 17-21 Double Mini Trampoline.

In March 2026, I stepped up to my first Senior International competitions. I competed at the Alkmaar World Cup, placing 11th in the Senior Double Mini Trampoline event, and at the Dutch Trampoline Open, where I achieved 5th place in Synchronised Trampoline.

I am now proud to be an active member of the Australian Senior National Team, working toward selection for future international competitions and continuing my goal of becoming a world class trampolinist.

However, competing at this level comes with significant financial challenges. The cost of international travel, accommodation, and competition fees for upcoming events is approximately $10,000. I am reaching out to seek your support in helping me continue this journey.
