Hi,

My name is Sam Washington, and I’m a 17-year-old track cyclist from Western Australia.

I’m incredibly honoured to have been selected to represent Australia at the 2025 UCI Junior Track World Championships in the Netherlands in August 2025.

Cycling has been a passion of mine from a very young age, and I have dedicated countless hours to training and competing to reach this level. Recently, I’ve achieved podium finishes at the Australian Track National Championships and Oceania Track Championships.

·        🥇 Oceania Track Championships – Points Race Gold, Team Pursuit Gold

·        🥈 Omnium Silver

·        🥉 Individual Pursuit Bronze

These accomplishments have been stepping stones toward my dream of competing and winning on the world stage.

My goal in the Netherlands is to bring home results and go for Gold.
