Shelbie is raising funds to help her get to the United States to play for Shockwave Rugby Academy, in the upcoming Rugby 7s tournament in Tampa Florida. This is an incredible opportunity for her test her skills against international teams, gain valuable experience, and continue growing as a player.

Rugby has been a huge part of Shelbie's life for the past five years. She has represented Queensland Country in XVs for the last two years and played at the rugby 7s State Championships for 3 years. Shelbie's international journey started in April 2025, when she traveled to japan to compete in the Ebina Girls 7s rugby festival.

Being able to play overseas will help Shelbie develop both on and off the field, opening doors to higher-level competitions and future pathways in the sport She love's. The funds will go toward travel, accommodation, team fees, and equipment costs.
