This year, I have been selected to compete at The Aphrodite Cup in Greece. This would be my first time competing overseas and representing the country. I will also be training in Bulgaria before the competition. To me, rhythmic gymnastics isn’t just a sport, it shapes my discipline, mindset, and goals. Balancing school, training, and recovery is challenging, but it has taught me responsibility and time management. My journey in rhythmic gymnastics hasn’t always been easy. There have been difficult days, moments of doubt, and physical fatigue. But there have also been achievements, friendships, and the joy of performing. As a junior gymnast, I am still developing, but this upcoming overseas experience feels like a major step forward. I haven’t gone yet but I am preparing for it every day. Every hour in the gym brings me closer to Greece, to Bulgaria, and to the future I am working toward in rhythmic gymnastics.
