This includes many international athletes who travel here to work, sending every spare dollar back home to support their families.

To ensure rugby remains accessible to everyone, we actively commit to keeping our player registration fees as low as possible. However, providing top-tier medical care, injury prevention, and player welfare without passing those heavy expenses onto our players is a constant struggle for a small, grassroots club.

Your generous, tax-deductible contribution will directly fund three critical areas of player safety and volunteer care:

• Essential Medical Supplies & Strapping Tape: Strapping tape is one of our largest recurring costs. It is vital for preventing minor injuries from becoming major, season-ending ones. Funding this ensures we never have to charge players out-of-pocket for essential safety gear, removing a financial barrier that could otherwise force vulnerable players away from the club.
• Volunteer Training & Certification: Our dedicated volunteer medics, trainers, and strappers are the backbone of our match days. We want to provide them with up-to-date, comprehensive training so they feel entirely confident treating emergencies. Your donation helps train them to quickly recognize and manage everything from concussions and nosebleeds to dislocations or breaks, giving players absolute reassurance on the field.
• All-Weather Medical Shelter: Our volunteers give their time generously, standing outside in all elements. We need to purchase a professional, large-scale medical gazebo/shelter. This will ensure our medical team has enough room to comfortably treat multiple players simultaneously while staying protected from the rain, wind, and harsh sun.
