Sport Climbing Queensland delivers state-level competitions and development opportunities for youth, open, masters and para climbers across Queensland.

Modern competition climbing relies on specialised holds that allow route setters to create safe, varied and challenging climbs. Queensland currently has limited access to a dedicated competition hold collection, meaning equipment often needs to be borrowed, hired or sourced separately for each event.

We are raising funds to purchase a high-quality collection of competition climbing holds that can be used across SCQ events throughout Queensland. This investment will improve the standard and variety of our competitions, support the development of local route setters and give Queensland athletes better preparation for national-level events.

The holds will become a long-term community asset, benefiting hundreds of climbers across multiple competitions and seasons. Every donation will help us build stronger events and better pathways for Queensland climbers.
