What we're raising funds for Ground hire, Umpire fees and match balls are our biggest recurring costs — the basics that keep every game happening. Without reliable funding, these expenses fall entirely on our members.

Why we care Over 106 years, this club has given cricketers a home in Hobart. We're proud to welcome anyone who loves the game — Old Virgilians and the wider community alike. We also offer free membership to all under-25s, keeping young players connected to cricket and to each other. That commitment needs the community behind it.

How we'll make it happen Through the generous support of Old Virgilians, local businesses, and cricket lovers across Hobart. With ASF's tax deductibility, a donation before 30 June is a smart EOFY decision for businesses wanting to back grassroots Tasmanian sport.
