My name is Stephanie Trzcinski, and I am currently a member of the Australian Women's Softball Team.

Softball has a successful history in the Olympic Games medalling at the 1996, 2000, 2004 & 2008 Olympics. My ambition is to continue the success and legacy of the Aussie Spirit since being reinstated as an Olympic Sport at the 2028 LA Olympic Games. Not only am I passionate about the success of the Australian National Team, I am inspired to drive participation and development at grass roots level. Inspiring the next generation to represent the Aussie Spirit (Womens) & the Aussie Steelers (Mens).

Unfortunately, like several sports in Australia, representing our country comes at a cost to the individual. We are fortunate to participate in multiple international events leading into qualifying for the Olympics. Although this provides an excellent opportunity for our team to participate in international events, it does come at a significant financial cost. Across the year my out-of-pocket expenses are expected to be around $20,000 AUD, not including the loss of income from unpaid leave required to attend these commitments.

I am seeking financial support to help support my aspirations of medaling with the Australian National Softball Team at the 2028 LA Olympics.
