ABOUT Thunder to the World Stage: Support Webster, Ruck, Langille & Lyashenko

We are thrilled to announce that Perth Thunder players Kieren Webster, Jake Ruck, Riley Langille, and Max Lyashenko have been selected to proudly represent Australia at the 2025 International Ice Hockey Federation World Championships (Division 2A) in Belgrade, Serbia. As long-time members of the Thunder, these players have been integral to our team's success over the years.

In Australia, hockey often lacks the funding it deserves, requiring players to self-fund their journeys to fulfil their dreams of national representation. This fundraising initiative is crucial in supporting all four players with training camps, team kits, and travel and accommodation expenses for the tournament. These are essential costs that must be covered to compete on the global stage for our country.

Your generosity, no matter the size of your contribution, will make a profound impact on these players' aspirations to proudly represent Australia in 2025. Together, we can ensure that our athletes have the support they need to excel and make our nation proud.
