I’ve been selected to represent Australia for the first time as part of the Australian Athletics U23 Touring Squad at the Taiwan Athletics Open 2026, taking place at Taipei Municipal Stadium.

My name is Tali Baltineshter, and this opportunity means everything to me. Athletics has taught me discipline, resilience, and belief in what’s possible through hard work. Wearing the green and gold for the first time is not just a personal achievement — it’s the result of years of training, sacrifice, and support from the people around me.

I care deeply about this opportunity because representing Australia has always been a dream of mine. Competing internationally will allow me to challenge myself against elite athletes, grow both personally and professionally, and proudly represent my community and country on the world stage.
