The team that we were told would never ever happen has roared to life! Born from over 150 years of dedication, grit and passion, on 18 March 2024 we celebrated the launch of the newest AFL club – the Tasmania Football Club – The Tasmania Devils.

The Tasmania Devils are a Club based on community, a representation of Tasmania's heritage and longstanding connection to the game of football. But the Club is bigger than football. The build of the Tasmania Devils is a significant opportunity for Tasmania and Tasmanians to utilise the inclusivity and power of sport to create long-lasting and deep impact for all Tasmanians that travels well beyond the boundary line.

We seek to be an extraordinary Club that does extraordinary things.

In the establishment of the Club, we seek support to invest in three key areas:

• Development of a first-class women's and girls' program to allow all girls and women to participate in the game in an equitable manner
• Development of a talent pathway program that allow all Tasmanian youngsters to see and realise a dream of playing AFL or ALFW
• Construction of regional infrastructure that promotes participation in the game of football from grassroots level

To deliver on these areas, we greatly and genuinely appreciate support that will help us realise our full potential as a Club, creating maximum impact for all Tasmanians.
