Team Rainbow Inc is an Australian registered charity dedicated to promoting sport, fitness, inclusion and community connection for rainbow people and allies. Since 2017, we have helped individuals build confidence, friendships and healthy lifestyles by connecting them with inclusive sporting, cultural and social opportunities across Queensland.

We are raising funds to expand our community programmes, deliver inclusive events, provide participation scholarships, and reduce financial barriers that prevent people from engaging in sport and community life. Funds will also support initiatives that promote physical and mental wellbeing, social connection, volunteer development, and access to national and international opportunities such as the Gay Games.

We care deeply about this work because many members of the rainbow community continue to experience isolation, discrimination and barriers to participation. Team Rainbow believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to belong, be active, and thrive in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We make this happen through a dedicated team of volunteers who organise events, build partnerships with community organisations and sporting clubs, provide mentoring and networking opportunities, and create safe spaces where people can connect, participate and celebrate diversity. Every donation helps us strengthen our programmes, reach more people, and build a healthier, more inclusive community.
