I am fundraising for the opportunity to travel to Salt Lake City, Utah for the chance to play at a Rugby 7s carnival for Rugby Pathways. This possibility is very important to my development of my rugby skills and experience. This also exposes me to different rugby cultures and different communities, giving me the chance to improve and bond with others. My family and I have been working hard to make sure that I am able to seize this opportunity by asking for sponsorship, preparing for fundraising events such as raffles and saving as much money as possible. One of my life goals as a young athlete is to play rugby professionally whether it be 7s or 15 aside and this chance would provide me with once in a life time experiences and support from highly trained coaches and fellow teammates.
