GLN Future Leaders’ Program

Your donation will help provide scholarships for women to participate in golf club governance and leadership conferences, courses, and mentoring programs.

The scholarship is designed to support women to develop the expertise, knowledge and experience required for office bearer roles and the board chair.

By helping us to increase the number of progressive and capable women in influential positions we are modernising clubs for the benefit of the next generation of golfers and communities.

About the GLN

The Golf Leaders Network Limited (GLN), a network of women and men who are advancing leadership and governance in Australia’s golf clubs.

We are dedicated to promoting gender equity in golf club leadership. 

As only approximately 1% of Australian Golf Clubs have a female board chair, our mission is to engage golf industry leaders in facilitating a substantial and lasting increase in women club leaders.

To achieve this objective, we support women to step into voluntary office bearer roles, and work towards becoming the board chair.
