My name is Tim Tuikaba, and I’m incredibly honoured to have been selected to represent Australia in Men’s American Football at the Festival of Football in New Zealand.

As a proud young man of Aboriginal Adnyamathanha-Kuyani and Fijian heritage, sport has always been a huge part of my life and something that has connected me deeply to community, culture, and personal growth. I’ve proudly represented South Australia in both flag football and gridiron, and now I have the opportunity to compete internationally in the green and gold.

Like many amateur athletes in Australia, a large portion of the costs associated with competing internationally are self-funded. This includes travel, accommodation, uniforms, training camps, and tournament fees. While it’s an amazing opportunity, the financial commitment can be challenging.

I’m raising funds through the Australian Sports Foundation to help make this opportunity possible. Every donation, big or small, will go directly toward helping me represent my country and community on the international stage.
