Townsville City Netball Association Incorporated (TCNAI) proudly delivers netball opportunities for athletes of every age, ability, and ambition — from young children taking their first pass, to elite athletes competing on the state stage.

Each season, hundreds of players walk onto our courts through programs designed to develop skills, confidence, teamwork, and lifelong community connection.

Our pathways include:

• NetSetGO programs introducing children from the age of 5 to sport

• NetAbility programs supporting athletes with disabilities

• Junior competitions for boys and girls from Under 10 through to Under 18

• Representative pathways for emerging athletes competing at Junior and Senior State Age levels

• Senior and Premier League competitions

• North Queensland United (NQU) —competing in the Netball Queensland Ruby North competition

Beyond competition, TCNAI is committed to providing safe facilities, structured development programs, and inclusive sporting environments where every athlete has the opportunity to participate and thrive.

Providing these opportunities requires strong community partnership. As an association, we would not be doing our job if we didn’t actively seek support through every available channel to ensure participation in Netball as a sport is determined by enjoyment and opportunity — not financial circumstance.

Through partnership and sponsorship, businesses and community supporters play a vital role in ensuring financial barriers do not prevent young athletes from accessing sport, representing their region, and pursuing higher-level pathways.
