How ya going I am Trent (Howell’en) Howell Obstacle racer, 45 years old and love competing in Spartan events in Australia and around the world.

    ABOUT Trent Howell

    I got talked into having a crack at Spartan Beast in Bright VIC in 2018 after my weight loss journey and absolutely loved it and been trying to get to as many as I could since. Over the last couple years I have picked up the game, and have been getting to every event in Australia. I also competed in the World Spartan Championships in Sparta Greece 2023. In 2024 in my age group I stood on the podium for the first time which was one of my goals since I started competing, and then in 2025 I finally got to stand in the middle of the podium ( 1st Place) So look out 2025!

    I have qualified to compete and represent Australia at the World Trifecta Spartan Championships in West Virginia USA in September 2025.
