ABOUT Tristan Orchard
Since suffering a spinal cord injury in 2019, I have been determined to find what I am fully capable of - what is my 100%?
While new to the sport, I have fallen in love with the speed and freedom racing gives. What started out as 'see how it goes', has quickly become purpose.
Wheelchair racing isn’t just physically demanding — it’s also expensive. Equipment, travel, race entries, maintenance, and recovery all add up quickly. Unlike many able-bodied sports, support is limited, and athletes often fund much of their own development. That’s where your support becomes powerful.
By contributing to my journey, you’re not just helping me race — you’re helping build opportunity. You’re backing long days, early mornings, quiet training sessions, and the belief that people chasing big dreams deserve a chance to pursue them fully.
My goal is simple: to keep improving, to represent adaptive sport with pride, and to show that limitations don’t define potential — commitment does.
