Who we are

UWA-Nedlands Football Club is more than just a place to play - we are a thriving community hub. With over 2,000 players aged four to 64 and more than 65 teams, we are one of Western Australia’s leading football clubs. From our grassroots Joey Soccer program to our senior State League teams, we pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy the beautiful game.

What we're raising funds to do

We are entering an exciting phase of growth, and we need your support to ensure our infrastructure and programs keep pace with our expanding membership. We are raising funds to:

•      Upgrade our facilities: Contribute to the development of new, modern changerooms and improved club amenities.

•      Enhance player development: Invest in high-quality coaching, better training equipment, and expanded opportunities across our male and female pathways.

•      Support grassroots participation: Keep football accessible and engaging for our youngest players in the MiniRoos and Joey Soccer programs.

Why we care about it

Football brings people together. It promotes physical wellbeing, builds lifelong connections, and teaches valuable life skills. We believe that every member of our club, whether they are aiming to be a Socceroo, picking up coaching for the first time, or just playing for fun with friends, deserves the best possible experience. By investing in our club's future, we are investing in the health and happiness of our community.

How we plan to make it happen

With a dedicated Management Committee, over 60 passionate coaches and managers, and a clear strategic vision, we are ready to put your donations to work. We are already collaborating with University stakeholders to secure initial funding for facility upgrades, and your tax-deductible contribution through the Australian Sports Foundation will allow us to accelerate these projects, purchase essential equipment, and roll out enhanced development programs.
