How We Will Make It Happen

We will combine community donations, club fundraising events, local sponsorships and grant applications to reach our target. Funds will be managed transparently by the club committee with regular progress updates to donors and members. Projects will be prioritised to deliver the biggest safety and participation gains first.

Court works — Refracting and resurfacing 4 courts to improve safety and playability.

Player comfort — New on-court benches and seating; scoreboards for match play.

Clubhouse upgrades — Hot water installation, at least one shower, refreshed interiors and improved dressing rooms.

Women and girls facilities — Dedicated, comfortable spaces and amenities to encourage female participation.

Safety equipment — Purchase and install a defibrillator.

Club identity — Team and club clothing to strengthen community spirit.
