For 6 years the Wanderers Foundation has been providing FREE football opportunities for marginalised communities across Western Sydney. This has allowed participants to access expert coaching and programs at world class training facilities. These programs have focused on the following groups:<ul><li>Females</li><li>CALD and Indigenous communities</li><li>People with a Disability</li></ul>Our programs have a positive impact way beyond football and we have partnered with social impact experts Impact Institute to identify the benefits of our programs and here&#39;s what they had to say about how we&#39;re positively impacting Western Sydney:•	Social Connection &amp; Belonging (e.g. friendships, cultural integration) •	Confidence &amp; Self-Esteem (e.g. sense of accomplishment)•	Health &amp; Wellbeing (e.g. improved physical/mental health, positive emotions)•	Skills &amp; Capabilities (e.g. football skills, communication skills)•	Access to Services &amp; Opportunities (e.g. career pathways, elite football pathways, role models)•	Economic Benefit (e.g. all our programs are fee free for participants, job opportunities, increased school attendance) •	Family &amp; Community Impact (e.g. volunteering, crime reduction)  Our programs assist thousands of people from marginalised communities each year but there is more to do and this is where we need your support. With a growing population, Western Sydney is struggling to provide residents with adequate places to access football, which is where the Wanderers Foundation steps in. We&#39;re calling on WSW members, fans and businesses to get behind the Wanderers Foundation Christmas Appeal 2025 in the following way:<ul><li>Donate $30 towards assisting a person with a disability to attend our Weekly Inclusive Football Program </li><li>Donate $50 to help a First Nations person attend our Weekly Indigenous Football Program held at the Wanderers Fives</li><li>Donate $100 to help a girl access the elite pathway Girls Academy</li><li>Donate $2,500 to become a Friend of the Wanderers Foundation, with several benefits for donors</li></ul>Thank you for your support and for allowing us to create a positive and lasting impact across so many communities and make a difference in so many people&#39;s lives.
