I’m incredibly proud to have been selected to represent Team Queensland in Basketball at the 2026 Special Olympics National Games in Melbourne, my first time competing at Nationals!

Basketball has helped me build confidence, friendships, and a real sense of belonging. I have autism and as a result of a partial chromosomal deletion, I face some additional challenges with communication and physical endurance, but being part of a team has helped me grow both on and off the court.

I've just celebrated my 21st birthday, and competing in Melbourne would truly be the perfect way to top off this milestone year.

Special Olympics athletes fund their own journey, and I’m currently raising funds to help cover travel, accommodation, uniforms, competition fees, training, and support worker costs associated with attending the Games.

Every donation, big or small, helps me take another step towards proudly representing Queensland at my very first National Games.
